Hire a lawyer immediately. Do not wait. If you want any rights whatsoever, hire a good solid family law attorney.

Yeah, I get feeling stuck somewhere and feeling like you don't have as much in common with your spouse as you once did. Are there things you DO still feel like you have in common? What is her aversion to you having a nightly beer or an occasional drink? Is there any wiggle room on attending a church that fits both of your needs as opposed to a specific church that you obviously do not agree with anymore?

Had the old girlfriend not come into the picture just recently, would you be feeling the same way towards your wife? You said the old GF popped back in about 2 months ago...and you have not been in love with your wife or happy for a couple of months.

Find a therapist that has a focus in helping families and children who have training in talking to children of divorce. It will make a huge difference.

We talk about it all the time. We say we are going to change and we say things are going to be different to turn around just start the same shit all over again. Everytime. She has anger problems, I'm bad at holding to doing what I say I'm going to do. I don't feel like either of us is all that committed to making it better, but there are a total of 6 kids involved.

It's not a healthy relationship. I feel like I'm still in it because I'll be so overly embarrassed to leave and suffer a divorce again.

My new wife and I fight and a lot and I am not confident we are going to make it either. I only made my situation worse my jumping into this second marriage so fast. It's killing me.

New wife and I do therapy, but sadly I'm still not comfortable sharing my feelings from the old relationship with her. Causes too much pain in her. Feeling truly lost right now.

I was the one who initiated the divorce in the first place and I fear I regret that I didn't do enough to save my marriage. I jumped into a new relationship very quickly and I am actually remarried already.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
