There are things you can learn from raw intellect or rational arguments, and there are things learned by doing or practicing. A person cannot learn to play an instrument by reading a bunch of text on it while coming to a conclusion. You have to actively involve yourself in the experience of it through practice, and to become good, it has to become HABIT.
