How do you escalate a relationship with someone you already know?I appreciate the help, I did read the top comment and the unfriendzoning is both a problem and not a problem. He's my best friend so we're already super close, but on the other side he's my best friend and that's where jeopardizing the friendship comes into play. He also doesn't drink, so that's out, but I wouldn't want to try anything drink, anyway | /r/seduction | 31/01/14 01:16 PM
How do you escalate a relationship with someone you already know?ok, every time a girl asks for advice on this sub a comment like this comes up. we can't get any straight or serious answers. If I tried this on the guy I like he'd be freaked the fuck out. Like he definitely wouldn't talk to me for a couple of days (I'm in the friend zone, hence my interest in this thread). So, for once, can we get a serious answer | /r/seduction | 31/01/14 02:41 AM
A question to ask yourself. One of my closer friends has changed my outlook on life because this is his philosophy. I've only known him for four months and he's completely changed my perspective. I do a lot more of the things that I want to do now because of him. It's made my life ten times better. | /r/seduction | 08/12/13 12:50 AM
Being a male and a friendly male puts his arm around you over your shoulders.More and more people have told me this and I'm starting to think that I should have gotten an outside view of our friendship a long time ago. Its made me realize that the things tthat I've just been overlooking and brushing off have become bigger problems than they originally were | /r/seduction | 30/11/13 11:31 PM
Being a male and a friendly male puts his arm around you over your shoulders.I really like this idea, and she'd have a lot of fun with it. It would solve quite a few of the problems I've been having with her when it comes to guys, thanks :) | /r/seduction | 30/11/13 04:24 PM
Being a male and a friendly male puts his arm around you over your shoulders.Sadly you may be right...its gotten to the point where she's causing more problems than she's solving. | /r/seduction | 30/11/13 04:18 PM
Being a male and a friendly male puts his arm around you over your shoulders. You're correct, she isn't the greatest friend in the world, but I know she means well. I've reconsidered our friendship many times over the past four years, but it always comes back to "I could never do that to her". I mean, you wouldn't abandon a puppy for loving you too much, so why a person? | /r/seduction | 30/11/13 03:28 PM
Being a male and a friendly male puts his arm around you over your shoulders. It doesn't sound that way, but she's pretty naive and a god awful liar. She honestly thought that we were trying to pick out a movie and figured she'd come hang out with us. You have spell out a lot of things with her. | /r/seduction | 30/11/13 08:15 AM

| -1 | Being a male and a friendly male puts his arm around you over your shoulders. The biggest issue with that is how sensitive she is. With most friends I am able to explain to them when something like that happens. It's a recurring problem with her, though, because any bit of criticism or correction causes her to burst into uncontrollable tears. Then she would end up not talking to me for two weeks because she thinks I'm angry with her and wants to give me space even when I spent three hours the night before explaining to her that I wasn't mad...I really wish I was exaggerat… | /r/seduction | 30/11/13 07:02 AM |
Being a male and a friendly male puts his arm around you over your shoulders. This post leads me to a similar question, this one being from a girl's point of view. I have a few very dependant friends who, almost constantly, are hanging around me. This poses a problem when it comes to hooking up with guys, even ones that are fairly expectant of interruptions. For instance, last weekend one of my best friends (we're closer than sisters) was staying at my house so we could catch up with each other as we hadn't gotten to see a whole lot of each other lately. Well we went out … | /r/seduction | 30/11/13 06:30 AM
Need help with texting.Believe it or not I have. I met him at a mall in a different town and we started texting. We dated for a year and got together when we could and texted when we couldn't | /r/seduction | 26/11/13 07:39 PM
Need help with texting.Standing out and being memorable is the best way to pick up a girl. I don't date guys that I view as being like all of the other guys, otherwise I would date those other guys. so if a guy is different in the fact that he'll actually text me because he likes talking to me then that's going to make a difference to me | /r/seduction | 26/11/13 05:16 PM
Need help with texting. His whole point was that he lives half an hour away so he isn't always around to hang out with them, so it's not necessarily irrelevant. And Facebook is an awful way to communicate, Facebook notifications are unreliable and far too impersonal. | /r/seduction | 26/11/13 05:10 PM
Need help with texting.Girl here, just saying that if a guy lives a while away (for instance, my personal interest lives an hour and a half away) and he makes a point to text me then i'm going to take notice. Texting is not always a means to a date when you can't see each other easily. Sometimes it's your only way to communicate | /r/seduction | 26/11/13 03:15 AM
How to respond to a "How old are you?" shit test? There's a guy I go to school with (high school, that is) and he refuses to tell people his age. I only know it becaus his mom told me. He tells everyone he's 29 (as a joke) and says that his permit only says he's 16 because he doesn't want recruiters trying to get him to join the military because he's "really" 17. When it comes to age, just be honest. If she's into you age won't matter and lying about it will just be irritating. | /r/seduction | 10/11/13 02:05 AM
Possibly the most useful tip/line I've ever encountered on Seddit. That helps a lot. I always just end up standing there awkwardly because I'm not sure what he's expecting. Hopefully now I won't | /r/seduction | 22/07/13 11:50 PM
Possibly the most useful tip/line I've ever encountered on Seddit. This actually leads me to a question that I've had. It's not extremely relevant, but I'm curious because I can't figure it out. I'm a girl and I have no idea how to accept a compliment. Guys have told me I'm pretty and cute and all kinds of things, but I have no idea what to do when they do that. It's actually made me hate getting complimented because I never know how to react. Especially if we're texting so I can't just blush and use that as a means of escape. | /r/seduction | 22/07/13 09:23 PM
