So companies will pay you out on your hours you don’t use as well. There are days you get off as planned vacation time and then sick days and where I’m from it’s not legally required to disclose your medical status to your employer when you call in sick. You can just call them and tell them your not feeling well and won’t be in today and that’s all you’re required to do. They have no right to question what’s wrong with you.
