1	What is a healthy and functional phisique for a men to have? It’s not what you want to look like it’s the activity you enjoy. If you like to run, be a runner, if you like to climb be a climber, if you like to mountain bike do that. Just do something active, keep the weight off and progress in a direction. You can be “in shape” and look a million different ways marathon runners look different from power lifters and so on. 3	GYOW I think part of why this is so common is that you become an adult when you join the military by signing a piece of paper (part of why it’s so attractive to young guys). So 17 -20 brand new joe who isn’t emotionally ready to be married gets married to 17-20 year old girl who isn’t emotionally ready to be married. So one or both cheat and they’re divorced at 22. The people in the Middle East and parts of Asia are very particular about their women and who and what are allowed to touch them.
