60	Parents overdose on heroin at a McDs with their kids in the play area. Mom gets 6k bond, Dad gets 10k bond AND ordered to stay away from his kids. Sure, they shouldn't be around the children, but why should the mother not get the same treatment? How is Mom on heroin any less dangerous than Dad? Another article I read stated that he is not the father of the kids and was just the mom's boyfriend, hence the order to stay away. Rape is like murder, each time you do it it is a separate count. If a person rapes someone 3 times they get 3 rape charges.
