I remember the discussion thread where they tried to get someone removed as a contributor to a project because of his twitter account. What a joke. There is no racist, sexist, privileged, straight, gay, cis, or offensive code. There code that works well, and code that doesn't. When I found out my county health department (FUNDED WITH MY TAX DOLLARS) was giving out free mammograms, I was so outraged I marched down to the clinic and demanded the fat old lady running the place let me watch them perform them. I mean if they're using MY TAX DOLLARS to take pictures of women's breasts for whatever "medical" reason du jour, I should at least get to enjoy it!
