| 5 | How do you stay motivated to do shit that really matters?When I'm at uni and have a long day of studying ahead, these thoughts always pop up. The key is to schedule every single hour of your day. I'll study 30 mins, take 5 min break to get up, drink water, etc. I'll do this 4x before taking a 30min break. In the 30min break, I can eat, watch a YT vid, etc. Then I'll get back to it for another 2 hrs.
