Isolate her in a way that lets her have deniability, gets you both where you need to be for seduction to occur, she's probably going to raise some objections that aren't really obstacles, but need to be said so it seems like she's the one being seduced and it just sort of happened, IE) She has a husband, what if blah blah found out, she's older than you are, etc. Secondly, don't quantify it or try to figure out how any "relationships" are going to go down until after sexy happens, it keeps thing…
