bananas. no really.. lots of vitamins and minerals... packed with tons of energy. best of all B vitamins for anti stress. yes this is my answer... i feel the exact same way, until I realize I'm in a low energy state. So I eat some good healthy natural food, bazing! now I have the energy for willpower and with that willpower I use it to meet people :)

all solid advice. all stuff i've sort of thought about but never really took the time to put into words i guess. the section on friends and family does really suck... (not that it was written poorly..) but because it's true. No one will get or simply listen to why I gotta do what I gotta do... because what I'm doing now isn't getting me results or the life I want and going down "the scary path" is the only way to do it.

still workin on it, it's more of a building block guide to build a date. based on experiences I've had :) However, I have been super rusty from being in a LTR. So I really don't think I have sort of the... 'alphapower..?' to do so. Like if you work out and get thick as fuck... then don't work out at all... then pick it up again years later and try to go at just as hard you are going to suck. drama clubs. even if you cant act it'll at least let you develop/show your peers a fun side of you. I was in your shoes... but moved from metro to small town. being in front of people and doing skits will break you out of your comfort zone, and pretty darn fast. its exactly what i did, i was super tired of sitting by myself in the hallway eating lunch not saying youre a loner or anything lol but acting classes generally are full of people that are connected to many social circles :P

lol he is super loud, and never stifled. he also can't really meow very well, he sort of squeaks/grunts. had fights with many an alley cat when he was a dumpster divin feral cat, and was picked up by spca and gave him some neck surgery.
