19	Clubbing sober Hey dude, it’s great that you’re trying to drink less being healthy is always great. I went on a sober kick too, going one week with, and one week without and learned a lot. I don’t think advice is a size fits all but I’ll share my experience. It was tough because I was used to going out and getting shit faced all the time. In the weeks without alcohol I realised that approaching felt much more uncomfortable without alcohol.
