| 1 | Equality of outcome shouldn’t matter, only equality of opportunityI kind of disagree because having a certain field or job be 100% men or 100% white people certainly doesn’t lend itself well to new ideas. Having a diverse team is actually pretty important, so I can understand companies wanting to meet a quota. It does go a bit into the grey area when companies go out of their way to hire women simply because they don’t want men, which I can acknowledge does happen though.
