Yea I’m not really gonna pursue this anymore. After writing this all out and looking at it later it’s pretty clear I just need to next this chick. Thanks man.

This is some great and well put together advice, thanks man. You’re definitely right that my attraction to this girl made me ignore/miss any red flags or flaws with her. Moving on is what I should do. Game is definitely my weak point. Girls naturally like me on the instanced when I’m comfortable and know what to say, but that’s not very often when I’m trying to game. I can tell it’s my weak point so I’ll definitely find some links/books to work on it. Thanks man.

You’re right, I should’ve met up with her beforehand for some solo time. I guess I never really got the opportunity to hang out with her, since I asked her pretty much a week before the party and that was my busiest week of this semester. That’s another thing I need to work on is actually asking girls out and showing I’m interested. I tend to not show my interest in a girl much or really flirting in fear of rejection. I realize that I’ll never actually have a relationship with a girl if I don’t …

I’m pretty sure she was comfortable with it. I’m never very forceful with the placement or grabbing. When she would walk up to my I’d just place my hand there and she would look up at me and keep talking and dancing like nothing happened.

That’s true. One of my mindset issues is I’m not trying to seem like a creep/perv/loser for escalating too much. Also I’m pretty afraid of rejection. The thought of going in for a kiss and the girl pulling away terrifies me for some reason, but it’s inevitably going to happen.

I had the first two happen to me a few nights ago. Just know, if the girl is really into you, her friends won’t be able to cockblock. I brought a girl to a date party with me, but unfortunately a few of her friends were also invited so they came with her. My date was clearly into me and receptive to my escalating. 1st cockblock attempt: When two of her friends got bored because the didn’t have dates, they decided to leave. They grabbed my dates arm and said, “let’s go.” She looked at me and said…

Yea you’re probably right. Freaky as fuck move on her part. I had no idea how to really handle it. Now that I’m looking back on it though I realize I could have closed. She stayed with me there for a while but I was too passive. I never went in for the kiss or did anything super dominant. I was pretty rattled after finding out that she had a boyfriend and literally talking to him while we were getting into it. I normally wouldn’t have cared but I guess it was just a lot for me to handle.

Lol she put the camera in front of my face so I just said “Sup.” I didn’t know what to do so I complemented his soccer jersey and we talked for like 30 seconds about that. He tried to low key insult me because he probably had an idea of what was going on, but I just didn’t react since my hands were inches away from her pussy. Eventually she hung up and we continued. Looking back on it I think I was just too confused/shocked by what just happened to go in for the close. I might see her at a pool …

Yea, it was weird as fuck. I had the same reaction.

She video called him essentially. You can see each other’s faces and talk

Yea that’s a good point. I remember I jokingly told her to shut up after she insulted my favorite sport, and her boyfriend on FaceTime was like “Hey man for real don’t tell my girl to shut up!” And she responded saying “Nolan, don’t talk to him like that!” Referring to him, then hung up shortly after out of a bit of frustration. I honestly couldn’t believe it for myself. But yea, we were literally laying and my hands were all over her, but I couldn’t cross that line, and that’s probably not my f…

A little bit, but I wasn’t very disappointed. I’m going to read up on kino and escalating, then try and test it out the next time I get a chance. Also I feel like day game might be more suited for me, since I always try to find girls at parties and bars but they’re always too drunk for my liking.

Thanks man, losing the weight was the biggest and best thing to happen to me. As for the girls, I think it might be that I’m running out of things to say. I realize now that I’m bad at escalating and closing with them. For example, at a bar I was talking with this one girl and we were hitting it off. I could tell she was into me and the conversation was good. But after a while we kept talking about the same thing and it got a bit old. Later I saw her going home with another dude, so I lost my tu…

I’ve started focusing a lot more on strengthening my back when I workout including facepulls. My deadlifts have been increasing very slowly, but it’s my weakest lift rn. I’ve been trying to do a lot of stretching and it’s been helping a bit, but the progress is slow.

I lift now but at the time I had a huge case of fuckarounditis and I didn’t really know what I was doing. I didn’t start doing any heavy compound lifts until half a year ago. My lifts have been pretty much stagnant until about a month ago when I started eating in a slight surplus after finishing the diet.

Yea that’s probably what I should do. Just gotta beat this mentality out of my head with approaches.

I feel this. I treasure my alone time over everything. Things like eating and working out I have to do alone or I get irritated. But after doing those things and being alone for a while I long to be with my friends. Overall I enjoy my solo time the most, but I need some time everyday or so to just sit with people and soak up their energy.

You numbers shot up like crazy! I’ll try the three day split for a while and see where that gets me

I don’t now my one rep maxes yet but for all these I normally go for about 8-10 reps. Bench: 115 Squat: 160 Row: 110 OHP: 60 Deadlift: I don’t deadlift since I have back issues I’m aware my numbers aren’t the highest but I’m increasing pretty quick. Also thanks for all the advice man

Thanks for the response. I thought about it some more and did the math about the price differences considering location, scholarships, being an RA, etc. Now I know I need to stay at my current school. The price difference isn’t even close. I’m just going to toughen up and stay where I am, since it would help me the most in the long run.

As I think more about it, agree with you completely. While the college experience is nice, it’s very overrated. I have actual goals and a vision of the life I want in the future, and how much fun I have in college doesn’t really affect that. What does affect it is the money I save and the skills I obtain from being at my current school.

Thanks for the response. Right now I’m studying Pre-Med and I’m confident in my skills to get a job/get into medical school in the future. I agree that I should stay and stick with the cheaper option, especially since I want to save as much as possible for med school. It never hurts to have more money for the future. In the long run, I think I’m making the smarter decision for my future self in a financial and mental sense because I’m saving money and gaining useful experience.
