What I like to do is keep the conversations light hearted and fun. Make sure you study and go over what you're supposed to, but keep it fun and throw in some jokes. It's okay to get off topic for a bit and get to know her, but at a certain point just make sure you get back to studying or else she'll most likely know you're not there to study. Kino is important too. I also don't like sitting across from girls. Sit next to them. I read that on here and it's helped tremendously.

First sentence is spot on bother, at least for my age group (low 20s). Have fun and don't get into anything too serious. When the right girl for serious comes around, you'll know it.

You are SO RIGHT. Exactly what happened to me. Got way too interested in one of the girls I was talking to, stopped working on inner development, then everything with the girl ended up falling through. Crashed and burned hard after that; it's a really shitty wake up call that has to happen.

If you're going to a new school that's perfect. You can be anyone who you want to be basically. It's a fresh start. Don't worry about people thinking you're weird, they don't know you yet. Forget any reputation you had at your old school. I would recommend just going to people with a big smile and introducing yourself and saying that you're new to the school. Be sociable, be fun. Definitely make friends with the people sitting next to you in class.

I live around a beach so I like to use it a lot. NOT for a first date though. I use the coffee shop/something casual for the first date to build rapport/comfort then use the beach as the second date. Sometimes I use the beach at night for a second date, but DEFINITELY make sure she's feeling it before you do that. It can be sketchy and creepy with a guy she's not very comfortable with. Beach tips: walk along the water, hold her waist /lead her and use the occasional hand on lower back water spla…

Exactly. You're texting way too much. Use text as a way to set up things up for a meet. Have a good mini conversation then set up plans to meet.

No issue opening a girl, but lose it when it comes to keeping the conversation going. I'm not sure, I feel like its in my head, but I overthink this part before I approach. "How do I keep the conversation going?" is my biggest issue. Saw a post on here today that someone asked "What do you do that makes you happy?" or something along those lines. Definitely going to be incorporating that.

I think the last part of this post is very interesting. every time you don't try, you have a 100% to get a "no" and 0% chance at yes TRYING is what gives you a higher chance to getting a "yes". If you don't try, you're already at a no. If you try, you're closer and closer to a "yes".

Wow. Some really really good stuff on here thanks for doing this. My issue isn't approaching. I love talking to people and making them smile/laugh. My main issue is how to keep the conversation going (you brought up conversational steering in another answer). What're some tips to keep the conversation going? I mean I guess it really depends on the situation and the girl but are there a few baseline things to ask/say? Going to try and answer my own question above and say to be myself and make her…

That's a great way to have a Facebook but not have one at the same time

I hate Facebook. Ever since I got rid of it I see myself as happier and give less of a shit about taking things personally and a huge boost in confidence. Tip to not go on Facebook: log out of it. Just log out. Even if you do go to the site out of habit, you won't be logged in. If your browser automatically logs you in or puts in your info, just turn that off. Personally if I see I'm not logged in, I won't bother to log in and do something else, most of the time something more productive. I have…
