Was I the only one to think as soon as I read what the article about, is all the possible amazing things that could be done with this? I look at it as a way to correct any serious life threatening diseases, mutations. The ability of genetic manipulation to an incredible extent. Granted there are downs to this, but they were definitely not even close to the first things to pop into my mind.

Since texting became the big thing. It feels awkward to make a phone call. Especially when a girl gives you their number, they sound weirded out on the phone but more receptive via sms. It's annoying.

As a late 20's male I feel the same as OP. Questioning on a continuous basis on whether or not if it's even worth it trying to become intimate with a female. It's bad enough I question my own self worth with my life situation (nothing terrible, think first world problems), but than constantly reading and bearing witness to such horrendous things (from both ends of the sexes), makes me just want to avoid it at all costs.

There was Atleast one up here not too long ago. Guy donated to a friend. She didnt want it to be random. She then sued him for support because he didn't get a contract made up that his only role was to donate. If memory serves me correct.

We heard our DI laughing and holding the door shut from the other end while a bunch of people were trying to get out. When he finally let go it was like rag dolls hitting the floor and everyone else trying to drag them out while holding back spit vomit and your eyes watery What sucks is that a few days later about a weeks worth of recruits didn't have to do it because someone had been infected with swine flu so they didn't have to go through it.

The point being is that not everyone is going to react the same is a situation. It's how some people freak out and have extreme panic attacks over nothing. Yea he ran. Ran to his car and fled the scene. Every inch of his body said run and get as far away as you can; every person for themselves. Even people that go through basic and are trained, even during the gas chamber during training still freak out.

Front line or not, all members especially of a military should be held to the same standard. Especially in cases of emergency. Especially Military. I've met plenty of military women who are disgusted by the lower standard and perform the male standard of physical fitness with ease.
