Absolutely. Time ago I visualized the concept through a metaphor of territory. Frame is the ability to not let enemies take your territory. Game is the ability the expand your territory, essentially taking under your control the territory of others. But metaphors and analogies are not good to perfectly explain complex models, that's why it's better to think in terms of First Principles, math language.
