IIRC scientists can currently make sperm and eggs from skin cells, regardless of the gender of the donor. Reproduction could soon take place without women or without men. Another tangential issue: some scientists believe that homosexuality is something that occurs developmentally, in the womb. If you are public about your intentions and there is any record (saying that you aren't getting state married on purpose through any social media, for example) she won't have any grounds to say that.
