Yes. The original sentence was 25 years but because of all the shenaningans by the false accuser like lying and destroying evidence, the sentence was reduced to 15. He's been in prison since 2011.

His girlfriend with signifcantly lower scores and a gpa got in in almost every place she applied. This was the mid 90's when affirmative action was really big, dont know the situation now.

He was found not guilty on the second charge but found guilty on the first, which was ridiculous given the prosecutor destroyed the only piece of evidence that could have proved him innocent. He got 25 yrs w no chance of parole, but is in the process of appealing it. He's been in for 6 yrs now. His conviction is what opened my eyes to men's rights.
