For the ages between 10 and 16, the older party cannot be more than 2 years older than the younger party for the sex to be consensual. i.e, not considersd statutorily rape. As a Australian, a de facto relationship is one where a unmarried couple live under the same roof. I originally heard it in relation to what sort of government benefits you are allowed to claim since the rate for singles is higher than the individual rate for couples. 3 years ago, in my early 30s, I started reading comic books. Since then, apart from spending most of my free cash on them, I started reading again. Reading was something that I have not done since my mid teens, outside of the books required for school. A lot of the books are simple pulp stuff but occasionally you come across a book, or a storyline that has real depth and wonder why this sort of thing isn't promoted more in schools to get boys interested in reading again.

Got back from seeing it. Most of that is from the Batgirl centric short at the start. In order to increase the running time they added that in in order to flesh out her character more. I personally didn't see anything wrong with it. It fit the characterisation of Batgirl and didn't take away from the main part of the story.

Looked at adding me to my mum's policy as I occasionally would drive her car. It doubled the price, even as a 30+ male. Hate to see what it would have been as a under 21. While you don't have to, if I remember correctly, one of you can take the other to court of shared property and money. Centrelink, a bunch of overworked civil servants who don't really care about their clients best interests. Just pushing paper and making sure the rules are followed. I've had my fair share of dealings with them over the years on the Disability side and dread each time I have to visit them. As long as you are on similar money in the end, I would just leave it. Wow. I did VCE physics as well as both of the hard maths in 1999 before heading into a Bachelors of Physics the following year. Australian TV is full of American shows and they seem to include quite a bit of American history. I never understood the need for homework either. In my schooling I ended up doing what was the bare minimum in the end. What was required of me that I couldn't get done in class. I love how they talk about the harassment that they receive on the job site but tend to ignore that it's not because they are women. Everybody that had been new on that field has been harassed by the senior staff on site. Its part of the culture that goes along with being on the tools. It depends on who you are and the sort of problems you face. I have found one who finally gave me a diagnosis of what is wrong with me and the tools to deal with it. The others I have tried have all failed me (3 men and 1 woman). It is hard sometimes opening up about some issues since they don't have your perspective but it also works from the other side sometimes. That was one of the major reasons why I didn't want to get help when dealing with my Demons. As far as I remember, parents are pushed onto new start from sole parent pension (which is more money) while keeping the extra meet for the child, when the youngest child reaches school age. It use to be around 9 or 10 and that was down from 16 before that. 16 being the age where the child payment stops and instead goes to the child in the form of youth allowance, if the child is in full time study.

I was circumcised at 3 years old because my foreskin was too tight and caused urine infections. Apparently stretching was tried but it didn't work so they went for the most radical of surgery to fix the problem. Since then I don't have much feeling when touching the head and glands. Personally I would like to see mariage reduced to a contract that is signed upon entering with both parties disclosing their assets entering it. Upon divorce, assets are decided according to the contract and provisions made for any children. Corts should be a last resort, not the first port of call. This way people can still have their religious ceremonies if they want and divorce is reduced to what it should be, the breaking of a partnership contract.

That has to be the best answer about circumcision I have ever read. There is one follow up on the need for men. According to my parents the only reason I was circumcised was because my foreskin refused to retract, even after performing stretching exercises to loosen it which was leading to badder infections.
