Came for the sex. Stayed for the ultimate calling of being Dad. Being Dad drove me to new heights of success I never expected. I outpaced my college educated wife, my position at work, even my employers attempts at controls. Dad is a beast.

Before I am banned from this sub, you kids should know that this is a fascist circle jerk. The kid reporting me wants to limit my speech here. Limit your exposure to ideas outside of this control. Arguing for men castrating themselves belongs in a r/witchesvspatriarchy discussion. Cutting your own balls by choice is not revolution. It is the end of the movement.

I took on an extra job at work and all the women I worked with made me drop it because they wanted pay equality. Did they make you drop it or did they make you choose to drop it? Pay equality requires performance equality in a meritocracy

Now son. Sometimes being a man means forging a road no one has laid before you. You are the man of the house. You choose your path. It leads anywhere you can steer it. You are capable of wonderful and terrible things. The world is yours in youth. Take the ball and run. Work hard towards a lifelong skill set. Trades, military, or college. You need to be a provider some day. Hit the gym Find some good fun competitive friends Learn to be a leader. Speak out for your beliefs Take on a difficult chal…

The two are not mutually exclusive. Men and women were designed to be together. As a rarity in the JP audience of mostly men the comments were inclusive and positive. If you open your mind you will see there is no male or female spaces only societal limitations others try to put in place inorganically. We are best when we attempt to understand eachother even though we may not agree.

It depends on what the contract that they signed for employment says. I'm making no opinion of my own, only that of contract law.

Uniform dress code requires uniformity. Each sex has expectations. He took the job knowing this and now expects a company to change their policy based to suit him. He has no right to work there. There are legit cases of discrimination against males and this is not one of them. Energy is better spent elsewhere
