Absolutely agree. Cancel your netflix subscription and you will save £10 month as well. There is almost always something better to do than 'receive fun'. Read the book, craft or even have a good night sleep.

Until the risk /reward ratio is on your side. I wouldn't text more then a few days as it's more fun to have a real conversation than texting, but remember that after you set up the date and time don't text her anymore. Only thing is to confirm the time and I usually call like if I have date set up for 8pm I'll call around mid day to confirm and usually text that I'll be late if it will be more then 10 minutes.

I don't think you can escalate without kino. Essentially, light touch leads to more intimate touching and more intimate touching to getting naked and so on. This is what happens when you connect reddit and pick up. Everyone knows how to cry on internet and come here to look for answers of the bad questions, but not actually doing anything.
