Or even a sabbatical. The part about her having mental health issues being her reasoning WHILE treating others for mental health issues actually made me laugh. There’s so many holes in this that it’s ridiculous. Here’s a fun twist for them. Charge the “colleague”, who she claims she told, with disciplinary action for something along the lines of not brining her condition to light considering it could harm her or her patients.

Yep. Unless you are doing something to provoke, then this type of behavior should not be accepted. It’s no different than a man belittling a woman for being weak or worthless simply for being a woman.
