I'm not one to mess around with PEDs so 210-220lbs is sort of my genetic limit. Great post thanks for sharing. A lot of what you said hit home. I don't just "practice basketball". I do it to dominate (and win) my city league and dunk better and better every day (I'm 30) I'm always looking for better ways to improve my sales techniques at my job. Same thing with tinder sluts, I try to tweak the profile and first date conversations, ultimately leading to better quality plates.
