1	How do you meditate? A little silly maybe but I like playing video games, getting sucked into a different world, I find it a great way to just take the stresses of life off my shoulders even if it's for just a while. I know they say to go outside, but there's fuck all outside in cities in the uk except getting stabbed I guess.
