If you get that information, which you probably don't even need, just about any judge would understand that it was her doing. Even if it's taken to a jury trial, the jury would also realize this. Unless she could somehow come up with a way to prove it wasn't her, it's a fairly reasonable assumption and assertion that it was her who sent those messages.
