Reasonable doubt is not as cut and dry as you make it out to be. That was the entire point of my post. Given the information you stated, most courts would find it clears the reasonable doubt standard, unless of course her legal team has some very compelling evidence that states otherwise.

You don't really have to prove it. If you get that information, which you probably don't even need, just about any judge would understand that it was her doing. Even if it's taken to a jury trial, the jury would also realize this. Unless she could somehow come up with a way to prove it wasn't her, it's a fairly reasonable assumption and assertion that it was her who sent those messages. Criminal and civil proceedings are not as steeped in fact-finding with issues like this as people seem to thin…
