What if you identify as a woman?

Seriously, "unwanted or uninvited verbal contact" is a crime? So you can't say "Hi" to a woman anymore. People really need to get some thicker skin. I can see unwanted physical contact being a legitimate complaint, but talking, texts (assuming not dick pics) is just ridiculous. For unwanted/uninvited sexual advances I guess you need to think twice before asking that lady at the bar home for a nightcap! Nanny-State FTW.

The real issue to me beyond people like this is that the crime she ends up being charged with is less severe than the crime she accused him of wrongfully. In my book, you should face the same punishment that you tried to expose the other party to.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
