I don't know how it works where you are, but I can buy a second hand bench for $100 and they sometimes comes with a bar and a few weights. Watch some Youtube videos by gym experts and aspire to do a certain routine within the next year. Then set a new goal. It will give you drive to do other productive things when the testosterone kicks in after a hard workout.

The ones that appeared to be missing from most of these posts are a drop of iodine a day, specifically in the form of lugols solution, selenium drops, borax, tumeric with pepper and olive leaf extract. The only one that is expensive is the olive leaf extract. Lugols can be expensive but I get mine, half a litre at a time, from a produce supplier for horses. ( I figure that if they kill a racehorse with their product it could cost them millions, so it is unlikely to harm me.) Psyllium husk and ho…

If one reads Harry Dent books or watches his videos on demographics, it is obvious that the one child policy has led to an imminent collapse of population in China. Even on this site there have been articles about the 'left over' women in a population overwhelmingly male of marriageable age who will never breed. I suspect that China will go the way of Japan within the decade. They have all those empty cities which presumably were built to house an expected increase in numbers, which will never h…

Des Griffin in 'Descent into Slavery' sets this out in the first chapter (https://www.chinhnghia.com/Griffin-DescentIntoSlavery1980.pdf): 'Through the historical works of Edward Gibbon, Philip Myers, Samuel Dill, Jerome Carcopino and others, we learn that the demise of mighty Rome was brought about by the same national diseases that are presently wrecking the United States and other nations in the West: rampant crime, inflation, a breakup of the home and the resultant increase in divorce, an exp…

I vaguely remember the film ‘Young Winston” in which his influential mother pushed and manipulated to get him up the ladder to Prime Minister-ship, from a young age. There were also reports of people from some districts in Britain who would have killed him for the deaths he incompetently caused to British troops in the Dardanelles, in the process. p { margin-bottom: 0.25cm; line-height: 120% }

Destiny has determined for fish that they live in water, for lions that they eat meat and for cattle that they eat grass. In keeping with this line of thought, women were destined to bear children and responsible men to impregnate and provide for women and defend them. Inside the body, men run on logic and women run on emotion. It is not within us to change nature, although many mentally impaired people tell us that they can with surgery. Please read Briffault’s books, ‘the mothers’, about the r…

This is a quotation below from wikipedia. These men have not been sitting on their hands since the 1970s. What have they accomplished in 50 years? More and more men have decided from experience that cutting off the attention given to women rather than fighting them, is the most effective move we can make as individuals. That is why they are here and not in the 'Men's rights movement'. If we frustrate you, then go over there; no hard feelings because we have seen things changing. Just as we have …

If you are kind to one of them for a lifetime then she sees one (undesirable) thing in you, she will say, ‘I have never had anything good from you.’” This sounds exactly like part of Briffault's law.

In Australia, the foreign born European immigrants did bring their talents, skills and hard work during the 1900's, participating in nation building. Since 2005 foreign born Asians have dominated the places in our university system by as much as 80% in some faculties, to the detriment of the local population. Those Asian students have now claimed citizenship and are on the way to dominating the professional class in our society. Soon the Europeans will be an underclass in the society and nation …

I was born in the forties. I remember one occasion on which my mother threw a full teapot at my father during an argument, but I never saw my father raise his hand to my mother during the whole time I was growing up. We kids copped it, but not my mother.

I am retired but sometimes I find myself becoming lethargic; wanting to just sit in front of the computer screen instead of cleaning the house. If I go out to the shed and do a heavy workout with weights, the next day I am a bit sore but eager to get up and do things. The energy lasts for at least three days. I don't know why it works, but try it along with the other suggestions here about avoiding the TV etc.

But probably Chinese or Indian dick. As mentioned in the comments to the original article, most of the women not in university in Australia after the so-called pandemic are foreign female students, locked out by travel restrictions. For decades Australian universities have been overwhelmed by foreign students who often take advantage of the three year residence requirement to apply for permanent residence status after their degree. In 2005 some university courses were up to 80% occupied by overs…

My experience is with women blocking aisles while their head is in their ‘phone. I get upset when I know they see me but make no effort to not be an obstruction. My other adverse experience is while I courteously wait for the elderly, such as a couple in their late eighties sanitizing their hands at the store entrance. Middle aged women insist on pushing past both them and me as if we are purposely obstructing them. The latest was a man loading cartons of drink from a lower shelf into the trolle…

From scientificamerican.com He's back. Recent college protests have propelled Charles Murray into the news cycle again, and his resurging book sales show the publicity's not all bad. Attempts to fully discredit his most famous book, 1994's "The Bell Curve," have failed for more than two decades now. This is because they repeatedly miss the strongest point of attack: an indisputable—albeit encoded—endorsement of prejudice. "The Bell Curve" (co-authored with Richard Herrnstein) prevails as the fla…

From Griffin - Descent Into Slavery (1980) 'As the famous philosopher Santayana observed, "Those who ignore the lessons of history are destined to relive them." History is replete with examples of great nations which rose to a position of power, prospered for a time, began to decay, and finally were swept into oblivion. The most outstanding example of these superpowers of the past is the Roman Empire. Two thousand years ago, Rome's wealth and military strength staggered the imagination of the an…

At the same time Rome witnessed "an epidemic of divorces," writes the same author. He quotes Seneca as having stated, "They marry in order to divorce" (pp. 97, 100). Was it so different from our modern society? Carcopino tells us that a strong "women's rights" movement developed in Roman society: "Some [wives] evaded the duties of maternity for fear of losing their good looks, some took pride in being behind their husbands in no sphere of activity, and vied with them in tests of strength which t…
