I keep frozen fish fillets in the freezer. I thaw in warm water and then season. I bake with cut up potato and veggies. Or I do a one pan stove cooking where I cook meat (usually chicken) throw cut up veggies and throw in pasta or rice (with equal parts of water). If pasta I add a can of diced tomatoes and season.

I'm early 30s in the US. I shop at Kohls for my basics (tops/pants) in the Lauren Conrad, Apt 9, and Vera Wang lines. I buy shoes from outlets and closeout stores. I try to splurge on nice accessories, coats and shoes since I wear them more.
