He meant "Maintain your individual sovereignty and refrain from being inducted into the Herd-mind of a Gang." - which means, watch out for gangs that try to force you to think their way only. 3	Still confused about meditation? So was I. Here's two simple, non-religious, visualization techniques to get you started. This is great advice. I've tried holding a mantra in my head, trying the "body scan" technique, but I always found myself going off track without being able to remember I was supposed to be meditating, which then brings me to scolding myself "why the fuck aren't you meditating you hyperactive dick".
