| 1 | Desperately seeking helpI been encouraging as many witnesses as possible and am never alone. I wont force people into court but the witness who warned me about her threats is gonna be one in court. The problem is the judge has no recollection of a order for the 5th and 6th for me to collect the property and secure it. She has a storage rental now too apparently i heard from the same witness. Shes scared of her too now. I spent 45 minutes arguing with the judge on this, he just stonewalled me and acted like the prior he… | /r/MensRights | 09/09/20 05:17 AM |

| 1 | Desperately seeking helpThank you so much! I am making a lot of phone calls, in person to the court house visits and researching also. That's EXACTLY what this is, she is playing victim. I only agreed to the dueling PFA's because there is no record criminally, no one looses any rights personally and we both agree to leave each other alone that way once and for all. I was mentally abused horribly for years and trapped. Her illegal eviction was my ticket to freedom. | /r/MensRights | 07/09/20 02:34 AM |
| 2 | Desperately seeking helpFirst i am trying to find resources for someone who ca't afford a lawyer who wants only his property returned. I wasn't married, i rented there over 2 years and had only one day to get my things and go before she got a pfa started (with no grounds) and i returned one only to have almost everything i own stolen from me by a woman. N.W. P.A. and N.W. Legal Service is not an option. I need to know if there is anything out there who CAN help me. Thanks. B.T.W.: I am all for this men's rights. I thin… | /r/MensRights | 07/09/20 12:21 AM |

| 1 | Desperately seeking helpYea, i mean what's out there that could help? I wasn't looking for legal advice sorry. I was looking for any idea's that would lead to an outcome that is just, fair and legit. I am trying to find the proper resources but in my aria Northwest Legal Services typically handles that but the opposing party has them so it is a conflict of interests and i can't find help. So i am looking for ideas but also any personal experiences containing something i can research to see if might help. -I'm not new… | /r/MensRights | 06/09/20 05:20 PM |
