i agree with most of the above comments. to add on: you need to get physically fit. i think that just biologically wires you. if you have a jacked body you're gonna like the way you look. then you'll think you're better than everyone because not a lot of people are built. from there you will have that attitude towards other aspects of your life. nothin better than just feeling your abs and thinking yea i'm the fucking man.

gonna hop on and say i agree with this and crew6dog below. my situation is almost identical to yours. just went through finals and had a similar deal. lifting and focusing on my priorities helped a lot. the very fact that lifting will make you feel better about it all is motivation enough.
