She didn't make the decision for the man to be on a motorcycle. He chose that. It's a known fact that people's brains aren't watching for motorcycles. Had he been in a car, she might have seen him, or even if she didn't, he might've survived. She can't control another persons choice to drive a ridiculously unsafe vehicle. We can't send people to jail for accidents like this. She didn't murder someone. What if she were tuning the radio and did this? Or glancing in her review bc her kid in the car…

I think it's very hard to send someone to jail for something like this. Motorcycles are the dumbest vehicle on the roads. My dad was damn near killed by an old man that turned left while not paying attention. My dad doesn't ride motorcycles anymore. Bc it's stupid. You're taking a huge risk that someone could kill you from a seconds lapse in judgement. If the guy had been in a car, he might not have died. I'm not down with sending someone to jail for accidentally killing a person riding a motorc…
