If you're trying to argue men innately desire women at 13-15, presumably because that is when they are at the fertility "peak," this is unlikely because until recently (last 150 years) women were incapable of reproduction at that age. If you made it past childhood you would likely make it into your 50s or 60s. Second of all, until recently girls were not getting their first period at 13-15, more like 17-18. The average age of first menstruation has dropped like a rock in the past 150 years.
