Bruh, I took a quick peek at your history. You NEED to start applying the knowledge you find. You won't find that one magic advice that will turn your life around. It's all HARD WORK, and trial and error. Go out there! Try some shit! Learn from that experience! Get out there!

This isn't seduction, but I'll answer it. You respond to vulnerability w/ kindness and patience. Also when a person discloses something vulnerable, sometimes the best response is silence. And you must show appreciation on their act of courage: trusting you. It's never easy opening up to someone. "I appreciate you opening up to me, it shows courage." Being vulnerable yourself is a risk. Do you trust the other person to show this side of you? And lastly, it has to be genuine. Real.

Just be yourself and talk about your interests/ ask about hers. Then move from there.

You can be the tastiest apple in the WHOLE world. And there's still people who won't take a bite because they hate apples. Don't take it personally! Kinda cheesy/cliché to say but: plenty of fish in the sea. :) Godspeed bro.

"Hey ____, can I talk to you alone for a sec?" then do the askin' in the outward manner.

It really depends on what type of girls you want to attract. If you want to attract the flirty girls then yeah, go flirt! But if you want to attract that girl you want to date, you really like, etc. Then be yourself. Do not worry about what your co-workers are doing. You do you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
