Attraction for males is mostly physical, but not purely (to me atleast). Just ask yourself which you'll enjoy more. You're saying that the 9/10 is boring, so I would think you don't enjoy her company besides for sex. Why would you need to dump her for plates, she should be a plate. You're 19 and wasting this time on a girl you don't even really like is a bad decision and you know it.

Yes, I recently soft nexted a girl, then she apologized via text 2 days later, so I responded again. It really all depends on whether or not you want to respond though, there's no set "rule".

Getting the pull isn't all that's there to get, though. He wanted to have some fun that night and he did. On top of that he got some new experiences, confidence and memories. Might be worth more than a simple bang.

Drop her, you know you want to. There's plenty of other pussy to get.

For the younger men (like myself) among us, this should also tell you to start lifting NOW. It's way easier to get a good body now and maintain it then, than it is to get that good body once you're older and you can actually make up those excuses (no matter how invalid they really are). Get that one-up now, you'll reap the rewards for the rest of your life.

Before "taking the red pill" were you at all successful with women? Yes, from a young age on I have always managed to be good with girls and this naturally went on as I aged. Talking to and being with girls doesn't "scare" me or anything because of this I think. Abundance mentality etc. came with this. How often would women approach you in a club, bar or social event? How often would you have one night stands or have any sex at all? Often enough, one night stand/casual sex has gone up since TRP …

You'll feel different yourself once you get there and act accordingly, this will generate those benefits you want, it's not just about attractiveness.

Porn as we know it now. Sex was readily available indeed.

Probably mostly because of my own experiences with it and what it has "caused". I should nuance my opinion a bit, as for some people it might not be too bad, I still don't see any benefits in watching it.

Masturbation is bad if it´s becoming a problem that´s holding you down and stopping you from doing actual beneficial things. I think porn is bad in every sense, as Tom_the_human pointed out, that's basically what it is.

Try not fapping first, or atleast to a way lesser extent. If after 2 weeks or a month or so it hasn't gone away, consult a doctor.

You shouldn't let your happiness depend on anyone but yourself. Women are there to be used for mutual pleasure in my opinion. I would be lying if I said I was on monk mode, as I do still have way too many "empty" activities that aren't beneficial and in some cases even harmful.

I don't find it to be too necessary, I manage just as well without one in my life as with one. I do agree that it's all about balance.

Depends on what your goals are, if your goal is having as much sex with women as you can, it doesn't, probably. If you're looking to make the best out of yourself, for yourself, it might. I've found the situation you described to be true for me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
