The AoC tool box is informative (however, there are ads to persuade you to join their boot camp and in addition occasional sponsored products) overall id say it's good reference material to refresh your pick up skills. In the later episodes it goes off into different tangents and it just feels more and more like regular talk shows. Their episodes are listed with no ads on the freemium Spotify.
