2	A professor in my hometown, Fredericton New Brunswick, is on a hunger strike for the decision made by the courts to pay 83% of his salary to his ex-wife. People who become professors aren't in it for the money. The money can be decent, but that's just a nice side benefit. These people do 4-5 years od undergrad, then 2 years of a masters, then 4-9 years of a PhD all just to study what they love. The problem there is that the dominant discourse in a society shapes its laws, politics, conceptions of rights, et cetera. MGTOW is great but it's not a complete solution as long as you live in a society with other people, some of whom have legal authority over you and can make you do things.
