You get to look back, and consciously look at the events and share them, instead of going 'well' it just went to shit' and move on none the wiser. Yes, exactly. I look around at people I know who are married or in other long term relationships and I hear them say stupid shit like "my wife let me __" or whatever it is and I just laugh.
