2	What is up with the persistent weakening of men in TV commercials? One has to wonder what happens when little boys get exposed to these messages that he is inferior in both strength and intellect. 2	You know why there are almost no women in tech? I think your right. I know a woman who has worked in tech her entire career and is knowledgeable with what she does but absolutely hates it. She dreads going to work everyday and only stays because of the money. The isolating nature of software engineering has not faired well for her mental health at all.
