She wasn’t in public... she was in a car. No she couldn’t have arrested her on the spot, that’s not how it works. She didn’t ask her to step out, she said get out, you’re going to jail. And she had no obligation to comply.

I did watch the whole video. Several times. YOU rewatch the video. I never heard/saw anything to suggest she was drunk. 1) What does rewatching the video have to do with my comment? The cop was wrong for antagonizing her, end of story. There was NO REASON for her to yank the girl out of the car like that (barring the presence of a weapon or something). 2) My comment pissed you off so bad, you still had to throw in your 2 cents a week later? Why would you willingly give up your rights like that? You don’t have to tell them anything if there’s no crime being committed. Honestly, as a passenger (which it looks like she is), she is under no obligation to identify herself or give the officer her license, even if they ask. In the event of a routine traffic stop. Unless of course there is reasonable suspicion that a crime is being/has been committed, which they are obligated to tell you if there is. The officer was also totally in the wrong for opening the car door & forcefully removing her like that. Not saying that it warrants homegirl assaulting the officer.

That’s why I’m so confused, they sometimes do have 2 hyphenated surnames but they usually only introduce/identify themselves with the latter of the 2. I really don’t see how she was lying.

You can remove your signature via the email you should’ve received after signing the petition. It should be titled something like “Motivator Network still needs you, ulag”. At the bottom of email, it says ‘remove your signature’ in blue.
