Yeah I don't think a significant number of women are having abundance of casual sex but the issue is how things are going with society, hookup culture might expand. My problem with hook up culture is that it could lead to a self-fulfiling prophecy within young people.i believe bunch of women are having casual sex but with less partners and the few man that do have casual sex have many partners. Some women are indeed pressured into hook up
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 08:14 PM

Yeah that's why I don't use the word slit to describe promiscuous women or people I prefer casual goes and hook up warriors.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 07:27 PM

Yeah this it the problem I have with people when discussing hook up culture, they believe it's just people having casual sex when in reality it's much more than that.

You are being disingenuous and perpetuating a false narrative of the situation. Most women who commodity their body do so because they need money to survive. The media is pushing the narrative women do this for fun and validation. Only sex positive liberal feminist consider this empowering and a select few privalaged "sex worker" consider this empowering as a coping mechanism or paid to do so in those article.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 07:22 PM

No, you are missing the point, people need to transform society not let it steam roll them
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 07:14 PM

measure to find a woman that will let them steam roll them and do whatever they want. I agree with this, they are just manipulative and don't really consider the emotional well being of their wives.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 07:12 PM

Progressives capitalists have more power than the conservative though. I am not saying conservative elites are powerless but are dying while the progressives are growing
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:46 PM

Yeah you make a good point let me edit
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:37 PM

You do make a good point honestly but I pointed out liberal capitalism because it's popular right now and soon will crush it's conservative past
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:33 PM

I understand what you mean but I am beginning to see more social conservative moving left in the economics
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:29 PM

Yeah this is the problem I am talking about the growth of pessemistic and defeatist mindset of the youth
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:28 PM

I think it's more than just being underpaid and overworked. Capitalism actively destroys communities and pit people against each other for work and validation. It also amplifies narcissistic behaviors and tendencies within people
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:26 PM

The conservative wing is also the problem yes but the progressive wing is becoming more popular and erasing its own past to appear moral

/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 04:21 PM

I came as to you as toxic because you pushed me in the corner and kept mocking me. As I said countless times I am ok with disagreements I just don't like toxic behavior. I can handle a polite disagreement, I am not sure I can prove it here but I most certainly can. I was just in bad mood yesterday

Let me take a crack at this. No I am not going to treat random women I meet with disrespect. But I do want to say that the women on this subreddit are pretty toxic and hopefully not an accurate representation of women irl. I try to be nice to women I meet online. The women on here are actually out to be assholes to anyone who disagrees with them

You are wrong, mental disorders are reinforced through alcohol and drugs. Drugs and alcohol makes mental disorders more severe. It creates a negative feedback loop. To ignore this is pretty disingenuous.

The material conditions that shape and influence the behavior of casual sex is also hurting the culture of traditional courting culture. So don't you think it's fair to criticize that. I believe everything should be ruthlessly criticized even the ideas that are being held as progressive should be analyzed and not blindly accepted

I don't believe insecurities ruins relationship I think the bigger problem is toxic behavior. It's so funny you are so keen on getting people to overcome insecurities but reluctant on correcting people toxic behaviors. Toxic behavior does not come from insecurities it co…

Yeah because you don't know what it's like to take things personally it's fun. The anger is thrilling and liberating. It's feels good to be angry. Do you even care about differencing views? I shared my views and you didn't understand them and instead paraded a strawman. Anyways I am going to sleep I am tired of this. I will delete my account soon tomorrow for the sake of my mental health. I have work to do tomorrow as well so bye 😊

Look lady it's hard to refrain myself from being hateful you just keep making me angry. I genuinely don't see the point you are trying to make here
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:18 AM

Because I want to get angry it's fun having your blood boil. I don't need special consideration from people on here. I rather die than expect you women on here to care about anyone. I just want the red pillers to see the stupidity of your behaviors that's all. My worldview is worthy of respect more than yours because your worldview is flawed while mine is perfect
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 06:16 AM

You know you are only proving my point here. You are strawmanning me, parroting your silly little phrases, and refusing to understand other people. Unlike me who have understand the history and origin of liberal philosophy. I know how liberals function. It's nothing but a by product of the merchant class overthrowing the feudal class. When I mean clingy I don't mean anxious attachment. I mean in it mean wanting to be with someone frequently. https://www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/being-clingy-in…

I empathize with the lonliness you struggle as I struggle with lonliness as well. You cannot argue someone's feelings away but you can empathize with people and help them heal. We are social animals and we are meant to support each other. Reddit I have learned is not a place of healing. Honestly I am frustrated that there arent people like me on the internet. Why are you on this subreddit what do you have to gain from sharing your ideas here. This place is nothing but toxic
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 05:33 AM

But why do you people get to gatekeep trauma and what makes you think I am clingy? You know nothing of me or the hardships I have been through. I don't owe anyone any warning. You keep saying it's people who hold different world view as me is what's causing the problem and you are wrong. But you are too full of yourself to understand that you rather strawman me to make yourself feel good

OP the problem isn't the women the problem are liberals. Liberalism is an ideology born from imperialism. They pretend to care about progressive politics but they are assholes man. Literally they separated their evil side into the republican or conservative wing of imperialism to make it look good. But imperialism is just imperialism. They get their laptdogs to demonize anyone in any way possible. They reduce social problems to individual problem so people don't see the real problem

No because the lack of participation doesn't make someone bitter it's bullying and reactionary ideologies. Mainstream people can still be reactionary. Look at Andrew Tate he is becoming more mainstream but he is reactionary. Buddhist monks who are peaceful don't participate in mainstream culture but aren't dangerous to my knowledge. Neither are my friends who didn't participate in mainstream culture

The demonization of clinginess or attachment is prevalent in society. I personally believe we need to change how we think about unhealthy behavior. I don't like using the word too much to describe the unhealthy behavior as we cannot really quantity attachment and plus it doesn't really describe the problem at hand. Calling it anxious attachment is better than too attached.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 03:59 AM

Yeah exactly this what I mean the women here are toxic and refuse to acknowledge their own actions and behaviors
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/23 03:39 AM

I don't even know you, I am talking about the toxic women who I have interacted with online. I am sorry you had to experience all those shitty things. Dialectical Materialism is real though many scientists are beginning to understand this. Look at dialectical biology. Hook up culture isn't just casual sex that's like saying market is capitalism. OP they conducted an interesting experiment in Lemurs and Voles in which they found they were still able to pairbond even without certain brain chemicals. Plus even if it's genetic, genes can deteriate overtime so I think monogamy could be product of many factors. Also just because poly is more common doesn't mean that's how humans are meant to be or poly is good. I theorize polyamory is more common because nature is very chaotic and unstable. I don't think it's partly the reason but rather the main reason why people are not marrying young. Economic forces are the main driving force of the development of society. All the social upheaval of society is rooted in class struggle. But the process to obtain these qualities themselves don't shape a person's mindset and attitude towards sex. A person with in…

Here is the problem with our discussion is that our perspective on matter are entirely shaped by our environment. Our disagreement comes from us projecting our experiences are universal which I am guilty of doing. I apologize but the thing is dating culture differs from communities to communities. Let me tell you the reality, I grew up in romantic media I grew up believing sex is romantic activity exclusively like kissing. But if people are having casual sex then and culture push to normalize it, it threatens the hegemony of the culture we are attached to and invokes fears on extinction of our culture. That's where our insecurities come from not that you care. I doubt you will even understand us. Yes it might seem like monogamy still exist and coexist with casual sexbit casual sex prolong…

I never said women who have casual sex can't form long-term commitment I am saying it's hard to feel connection with a women who have had casual sex.

Because I mainly interacted with the women on here. Plus.i expected the men to be toxic I was raised in progressive environment where we were taught about toxic behavior of men. So I am shocked women are toxic which had bigger impact on me

But people shame men for having these insecurities and you folks say inexperienced people make bad partners and people have been virgin shamed including women. When I meant pure pleasure I am talking about instant gratification like low level pleasure as Mill puts it in is utilitarian argument. You are making my point though, the fact she feels pleasure from connecting with someone on deep level and building attachment is why I don't care if she has sex with a boyfriend because she sees sex exclusively as romantic activity compared to a women who can see sex a purely a trivial activity for short term gain and leaves people repeatedly. I think it's a good think calling men out on their toxic behavior but the problem is that these people are demonizing insecurities not critiquing attitudes and mindsets or understanding where these attitudes and behavior come from. They are pushing hookup culture rhetoric like we need sleep around to get it of our system or young adults are incapable of serious relationship can affect the mind of a young individual. That is my concern really
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/23 04:04 AM

So you are one of those people who considers anyone complaining to be whining and just likes to demonize people. I have grounds for complaining just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Your attempt at mocking me like this isn't a very Christian behavior.

I work differently than most guys, I see my self as manifestation of romance itself. So what that means is like I enjoy seeing other couples, I enjoy people loving each other, and if I want to get in relationship I want my gf to value romance above sex. To me if she loves sex more than romance it seems like she enjoys leaving people for others. I am scared of getting abandoned. If she loves someone deeply I feel safer and more stable

Here is my counter argument yes she remembers her sexual encounter from relationships more but sex in relationships are more than about pure pleasure they are about connecting, being intimate, and bonding. They require skills a romantic can acquire easily while pleasure skills are harder to require. I was talking to a girl who cheated on her boyfriend and she said she was happy to have done it cause he was good in bed. This kind of shit hurts men why can't you women just understand

They believe they need sexual variety so they can get it out of their system so to speak and to avoid fear of missing out. OP the lack of relationship experience does not and I repeat does not cause resentment nor does it cause people to cheat. The amplification of FOMO from hook-up culture and poor emotional regulation is what causes those problems. Women and Men are broad identities such as dogs and cats. But within dogs and cats you get different breeds who come in different shapes and sizes.
