Uhh it doesn't end. Read /r/marriedredpill . There's a lot of good truthful information there. The common theme is how much work it takes to keep the relationship in a good place. It sounds so exhausting. All true, but damn they are right when they say married life is life in hard mode.

It's called OSINT. Mike Bazzell used to work for the FBI and pioneered a lot of the techniques. He does a fascinating podcast that I highly recommend. You will learn a lot on how to protect your own privacy.

It's exhausting to fight against the tide of hypergamy. You have to always be on your A game. Be ambitious, never show weakness, never show emotion, lead everything, continue to seduce women to create dread and show you are wanted etc. The last point is what I failed at in a recent relationship. I was thinking ok got a girlfriend now I don't need to talk to any women at all anymore or flirt. Thank God. Also she will appreciate how loyal I am. Little did I know...

You hear a lot from young men that experience heart break for the first time. They are confused at how women can be so cold and switch off love in an instant. An interesting hypothesis on evolutionary biology is that only women that were capable of switching off their emotions and moving to the next male survived. In a harsh world where your husband is suddenly slaughtered and you now must partner with the victor male. It would make sense that the women who could easily forget the previous lover…

Yah its a mindfuck. You can read about cluster bs and know that it means lack of empathy. But to experience it is a whole other universe and so alien to how you view the world. Yah man that's also an important lesson to swallow and learn. Took a while to get past my pride and admit it. But you had to be displaying some co dependence in some form to not have ended it earlier. Work through that so that if this ever happens again you cut that shit off right at the beginning.

Yah man I speak from an experience somewhat similar to yours. Sounds like your ex was some type of cluster B. She is incapable of a normal relationship. You were smart and strong to get out so quickly to reduce further trauma. Alot of people that stay in these relationships get diagnosed with PTSD once they are finally able to break free. It's fucked up, you can see the damage in the narcissist abuse subs here on reddit. Don't try to understand her behavior, its impossible to do if you're normal…

You have had emotional trauma inflicted on you. That's why you weirdly have an attraction to her still and want to get answers from her. It's similar to how battered women behave when they go back to an abuser. I believe it's called the trauma bond. Perfectly normal man but there's no easy answer. It just takes a long ass time to get right from emotional abuse like that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
