1	What happened? It’s very difficult man. What helped me, was the following major things: writing down what I didn’t like about the relationship. This prevents you from focusing only on the positives which aren’t good for getting over someone. Focus on what you didn’t like about this last year and what you’d expect from someone new. When you find yourself reminiscing on good times, literally tell yourself “stop.” When you day dream, you’ll just fanaticize about something that isn’t real or possible.
