Is the Catholic Church blue-pilled?Stick with that parish then. Traditional parishes are very dogmatic in terms of Church teachings and clergy are usually not afraid to preach penance and salvation while modern ones tend to get all lovey dovey. I've made the switch at the beginning of Lent and haven't looked back because masculinity is encouraged at the Traditional Parish I attend unlike the one that I'm slowly withdrawing from. | /r/RPChristians | 21/04/19 09:39 PM
Is the Catholic Church blue-pilled?Traditional Millennial Catholic here! At the very heart of it then no. Unfortunately since Vatican II then there's a good amount of Catholic parishes that are very Blue Pill and it's a very distinctive vibe. They're the parishes where a majority of those sitting in the pew tend to be Susan from the Parish Council boomer types that drag their cranky BP husbands along with a Priest that just goes with the flow instead of having the fortitude to rock the boat. However, if you were to go to a more t… | /r/RPChristians | 21/04/19 04:41 PM

People describe me as "calm, quiet, shy but confident" How do I stop being shy and quiet? Is it a negative trait?Get out of your comfort zone is all I can say. I used to be the shy quiet guy. Granted I still am quiet and calm, I make the effort to initiate these days. If you usually find yourself in the corner of a networking event, best that you try to actually talk to people there and get to know them. If you haven't approached a woman ANYWHERE, then make the effort to. Granted, it's not going to feel natural because you're not used to it and this can result in early rejections or impressions that you're… | /r/askTRP | 20/02/19 06:52 PM
How to stop attention seeking behavioursWhy do I love attention so much Only you can really answer that question yourself. Could it be because your parents were narcissistic and passed it down to you? Or because they never gave you a healthy amount of affection and attention when they were raising you? | /r/askTRP | 19/02/19 06:10 AM
Should I open the door for my date?Sounds stupid to me. Like I personally would just open the door granted she's right behind me. What I wouldn't do is stand there awkwardly for an eternity. | /r/askTRP | 15/02/19 05:52 PM
Can being too competitive be detrimental ?Can be but it's a matter of refocusing. I don't go around comparing myself to others every single day, but I will always compare myself to who I was yesterday. | /r/askTRP | 15/02/19 06:31 AM
Is being nice and friendly beta?I'm in a Youth Leader in my Church group and can be like the rest of the other guys in my Church group who are more or less the epitome of Beta: The kids literally walk all over them along with the female Youth Leaders because they try to be the empathetic, caring, "please listen to me!" types. Don't get me wrong, if a kid tripped and hurt his/herself, I'd clean the wound and put a band aid on it. What I don't tolerate is a fellow Youth Leader trying to emasculate me or kids being disrespectful … | /r/askTRP | 15/02/19 06:27 AM
Should I open the door for my date?If you're posting on Reddit about this it shows the following: You don't have a frame at all from the fact that you're seeking validation. You're your own man, you do what you think is best. If she doesn't come back for a second date, well guess you know the answer. | /r/askTRP | 15/02/19 06:21 AM
