I'm approaching and getting some pretty decent results, even before I found trp a few months back, thanks to Corey Wayne's material.I just think a study guide would help beginners

Betraying yourself is being scared to approach a hot chick cause you think you'll get laughed at upon first kissing her To date an ugly chick may feel bad,but the reward of building basic skills is worth it in my eyes

Apart from reading the side bar,Corey Wayne helped me a lot.My advice is to approach some mediocrite or even bad looking chicks and gain some experience.Leave all standards you had thus far aside. Also,if you take that route, make sure as few people as possible know Have fun

Positives: -Studying algebras has gone great, this week I've gone through as much material as my buddies in class have gone through this month -I've started reading the rational male. Was slacking on that but I have to do what I have to do -Despite it being a deload week I haven't skipped any workouts as I do here and there Negatives: -I slacked on euklidian geometry, which bores me to death.I can pass the class as it is,for sure, but if I want a scholarship and not having to pay for what I could ge…

Browse through a ton of youtube videos and training logs and find some goals that seem awesome and you've never persude.I dropped squats and deadlifts for backwards lunges (aiming for 220 lbs x 20) and all presses for behind the neck seated press (aiming for 132 lbs x 10)

What are your thought's on Roosh's material.I recently finished daybang and although it had some nice points I found the "elderly approach" so sleezy.Any resources that helped your game specifically? P.s I am currently going through the side bar, maybe you got something that isn't there or something specific I should look into right away

I used to be 150 lbs at 6 feet. After a year of lifting I was at 160 lbs, thinking I couldn't gain weight. Then I started drinking milk everyday as it was my job and eating a package of pasta, while getting way stronger.Guess who was at 200 lbs in no time Yeah,I was fat,and yeah,I'm not recommending you take such an extreme approach.Takeaway is -You can gain weight, just eat more -Get on a strength program. It's the best way to measure progressive overload, and will put mass on you greatly as a beginne…

Medicine is evolving, people have access to more resources and information than ever.In the big picture,it's the best time for the average person to live This comment is a huge clusterfuck of fearmongering about stuff you do not like

Any books/videos or other material on improving your conversation skills.Half way through "day-bang" I realized the importance of been able to speak about any topic for a good amount of time

Ι'd love to see either as an entree or a main "how to be a 3% man" by Corey Wayne. In around 300 pages it manages to guide you through owning your masculinity and teaches you how to handle every possible situation in a way that can be applied no matter your level of social comfort

Skinny dudes do not have it rough They get to lift and eat a ton, while hearing how good they look with those extra 10 pounds on and to be careful "not to get too big" Try being a fatso you wants to improve his phisyque and has to do cardio and lower their calorie intake while lifting The recipie was a nice suggestion,I'll give this a try.Beans are a cheep solution for lifters as well,as they have a solid amount of protein and fibers P.s I used to be 145-150 pounds at 6 feet,so I'm not just tooti…
