| 24 | More ads like this please. . .That sums up every reason I push myself every morning to get into the gym. Once my boy started walking (and running) I realized he'd quickly catch up to my (then) obese and out of shape self. He's now 3.5 years old, sees a fit, active dad that's getting healthier all the time, and knows what foods are good, what are junk, and how eating right and exercise make for a healthy, strong body.
