in my opinion it all comes from confidence and good social awareness + social skills. Gym helps majorly here with meeting new people, making new friends etc. Also make plans with social groups, plan small trips etc etc. Get used to just being around more women in general and having normal interactions. Gym should be your first priority. There's many benefits. Check out stuff about 'body game' on youtube. Rom Wills on there has a great channel covering alot of that stuff.

you're focusing too much on IOI's and skin to skin contact etc.. as well as the typical insecure 'prejudge' of girls looking like they might be bitchy or whatever. The key is to relax, get used to speaking to women without a goal in mind, just like a normal person who speaks to anyone. In the meantime get in the gym, get your body right. Good on you for giving it a go though, keep trying and it all gets easier from there.

you need more self confidence so you can avoid one-itis behaviour. stop over-investing in women and focus on bettering yourself. Women are the bonus, not the goal.

lo who cares - let people be idiots and post that shit. It's not like they'll magically get chicks because they know 'TRP'. You'll just end up looking like an idiot to most. Anyone spouting TRP to the internet is only sabotaging themselves anyway

i think more men need to be aware & accepting of taking the L. It's the way the game goes - either know the game or hate the game, your choice

everyone has their own path to it, but personally - you look at what job you'd like to do that pays well. So i have friends that liked working in IT. They took the path that would end up being an IT contractor earning £700+ a day. A niche, highly trained specialised role in my opinion is one way to go about it. You could work in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, whatever. Get into different circles and groups of people. I seem to meet alot of higher earners at my gym (i go to one that's …

well you can see what the flaw is here - social life. So you need to cultivate that. And even by the way you're speaking - about unemployed deadbeats having girlfriends. That's defeatist language. Who cares about them? Anyone can get pussy. Get social, get outside. Meet people, do shit. That's really all you need to do. But you need to pay attention to your perception of things. Forget about other dudes that get it - just focus on building a group of friends you can go out with and be social wit…

You don't see it often because MOST men are seemingly crippled by the fear of rejection and approach anxiety. I found the best path that led me to more women, approaches and better interactions was purely by focusing on being the best version of myself. For example: Gym - I made friends at the gym by being a regular, male and female. Went out on nights with them, having girls with you gives you social validation and other girls in the venue will notice this. Having a better physique had me feeli…

you don't lol. if you're a regular, you'll see each other enough to spark up a convo. The gym isn't the number 1 place to do it, unless when she's in the sauna or steam room etc. not while training

i'd say 90% of guys don't do it. When i've been out recently to bars and clubs with my friends, you can see it everywhere. Including my friends. Plenty guys staring, but doing absolutely nothing. The winners shoot their shot

showing vulnerability is fine, as long as you retain a masculine frame. This could be anything, from sharing a more serious moment in your life, to the reason why you care about certain things morally. It can do alot to draw someone into you more. But being emotional is different, such as displaying a lack of emotional maturity / stability

my bro just moved to BKK. Its game on easy mode for him over there - tinder has been quite successful for him as a foreigner.

nice man, that's just it, don't overthink it, and just enjoy what's happening right now
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:01 PM

the good thing is you're self aware about yourself and how you behave, plus she seems to be showing genuine interest which is also good. Try not to overthink it, sounds like you're doing just fine. The main thing is to just keep an abundance mentality, as if you can get another girl in a heartbeat. Its when you think she's the best you've got and you don't wanna lose her, that's when the needy behaviour kicks in
/r/seduction12/04/22 05:55 PM
1

showing affection with someone you're hooking up with isn't that bad i think. Just keep your frame tight and don't appear needy. Also don't focus too much on how many followers she has, non important

/r/seduction23/02/22 10:37 AM

This approach is just fine man. There are so many reasons she may not have replied, she might have met someone, might be dealing with something personal, etc etc wouldn't think too much of it. Your approach sounds like the idea way to do it so I doubt this is because of you

i wouldn't seek a relationship imo. if the girl you're seeing is worth it to you once you've vetted her, that's the time to do it if you're open to an LTR
/r/TheRedPill10/02/22 02:30 PM

you just gotta be real with yourself and her when it comes to what you want. You don't want to sleepwalk yourself into a relationship where you're not happy

see a dermatologist, make sure you're getting a good intake of water and taking multivitamins. Are you active? Do you go to the gym? Ensure you're doing these things as well. Also check your diet

appearance wise, good posture, 'confident' body language such as sitting comfortably, taking up space (not sitting with your legs closed or 'sheepishly') Looking people in the eyes, a voice with character and bass. In terms of how you'd act, someone who's not offended easily, can take a joke, good sense of humour, and an overall 'chilled' vibe that anyone can get along with. Someone with an air of self-assurance and self belief. Arrogance is some of these things overamplified. Its one thing to a…

but the thing is, you don't go for it, take the risk and put yourself out of your comfort zone - nothing changes whatsoever. Then you find yourself spending months and years regretting every time you didn't approach a chick because you thought she was hot. Sometimes you just have to do shit that scares you. Then after a while it doesn't become an issue. Easier said than done, but fuck it, new year right? Get it done
/r/seduction11/01/22 09:07 AM
3

That's exactly it. And the cure to approach anxiety is getting rejected and eventually not giving a fuck if you do. Then the game just gets easy
/r/seduction10/01/22 08:01 PM
3

and if you're constantly being rejected by women, then there's an issue with yourself you need to work on. Making women a bonus to life rather than a goal is also important. Chase all the other important shit first, women come along
/r/seduction10/01/22 06:09 PM

i've known people be where you are. Hell i've even been there myself but the work does matter. You just need more time is all. Plus we all deal with approach anxiety at some point. I still struggle with it sometimes, but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take
/r/seduction10/01/22 04:08 PM

i dunno dude. you sound like you could get women easily. So possibly you just have self esteem / confidence issues - and with those, it can be difficult to be successful with women

If there's one thing i've noticed, my gym buddies who are in fantastic shape get pussy like it's going out of fashion. Some have great personalities, some more basic but they look great in clothes, have confidence in abundance... the game is on EASY mode when you look and feel good

I've been doing this for years. Tie it up, ball that shit up in some tissue and sneak it into my coat or jeans pocket. Then throw it in an outside bin. Shit i even take the wrappers with me. Call me OCD but it's risk management for me
/r/TheRedPill09/11/21 06:10 PM
1

That's literally it. You have to leave the comfort zone to grow and become more confident. No tricks will get around that. It's hard at first but then just becomes second nature. Suck it up and get on with it or always regret when a girl you're feeling walks past you and you've said nothing to her.

blurring vision and using a VR headset? Lol it doesn't need to be that difficult. See a girl, suck it up and go up to her. Otherwise regret it. Simple as that.

i haven't had unprotected sex in over 8 years. Fuck those risks. If i'm round someone else's house, wrap that shit up in a tissue and leave with it. Dispose of it in an outside bin or at home. The cure for being 5'7 is lifting
/r/TheRedPill11/01/20 07:46 PM
3

I think when you're a focused man, and lifting regularly it just comes naturally. You're too busy to waste time so you naturally become more selective with the girls you approach. The increase in confidence makes a big difference. I deal with negativity in the gym through lifting and bag work with the gloves after every session And also one thing that helps me get through tough times is to remember that no matter what happens, time will march forward and things will pass. Just remain focused on …
