I'm happier now because it put emphasis on why the world is the way that it is. For some reason, it didn't make me bitter or angry. It was good information that I used in my decision making. Without the Red Pill I was going to get married at 24 to a woman I wasn't even attracted to, who made me miserable and demanded that I worked at a dead-end job that I hated. I learned some theories about how the world worked that were relevant to my life, and that sent me on a different, happier path. I do a…

The OP mentioned nothing about starting a fight. The OP highlighted a scenario in which a man MIGHT find himself in a physical confrontation. Being able to physically protect yourself and not get your ass kicked circles back to all of the other points. Controlling your own life, being respect, and leading. Being able to protect yourself and other people around you is definitely important and a manifestation of the other points the OP highlighted. I didn't get the sense that he was coming off as …

If you notice, only government created monopolies (those that only have monopolies due to government policy, like insurance companies) can really scam people and charge high prices. For the most part, monopolies that don't have government assistance in becoming monopolies can't really change or prices are screw people over if they want to remain a monopoly.

I'm 28 and am a software engineer. Recently started a company. And these stories are scaring me shitless about getting married for the reason you just mentioned. I'm earnings/know I will earn more money. Haven't made the mistake of getting married yet. Probably never will after reading this thread.

I'm starting a business, so this is interesting. I could easily make a claim that I earned minimum wage and find "unofficial" ways to pay myself. I can classify myself as an unpaid intern as well if I really wanted to be dirty. My bigger concern would be the equity in my company. I'm sure the courts would ultimately give that bitch equity, which there's no way to hide. As you noted, if it comes down to "wealth", I'm assuming that would include any equity or ownership. Let's assume I sell the com…

Health insurance in the US is a scam. For example, it's partially just funded by a tax subsidy (your employer can give the benefit but not pay taxes on it like wages, which is a "subsidy"). Secondly, many of the big insurers are protected by regulation and have limited competition. They're essentially allowed to run monopolies in the health insurance industry. The ACA made insurance more costly, so they get a nice government subsidy to keep their profits up. I go on for days about how health ins…

That is interesting. I think that more men will need to get legal advice to learn how to protect their assets. I'm 28 and just started an LLC. So, this obviously scares the shit out of me. We already have some funding and a decent valuation. The point is, if I work this hard and could lose half of this shit in marriage, I would lose my shit. I know that a prenup can mitigate some damage, but as someone else mentioned, they can come after what you earned after the marriage. What if the value of t…

Because the decline impacts the individual. The decline can be very unpleasant for the individual compared to an alternate outcome in which we avoid the decline and begin to rebuild society. If a lot of individuals take on that mindset, the decline will not occur. This is essentially how anything good has happened in the past. A bunch of individual dudes made decisions and shit got done. That’s how the United States became a fucking country. They didn’t sit back and say, “ah fuck it”. Change hap…

Not necessarily. People can control whether are not they comply with such a system. I’m 28 and surprisingly am seeing more 20-24 year old dudes push back on the system. It was actually refreshing and surprising. I’m in the United States of course, so I’m not saying every dude in the west thinks that way, but I see a growing number of dudes see how this system is bullshit and how they attempted to indoctrinate us and destabilize us with radical teaching that was never challenged. With widespread …

We evolved to reproduce and have developed feelings, biological responses hormones and a society that reflects that. It’s normal for sexual motivation to be a huge fucking factor in the choices you make, your personality, your mood, feelings and what you do. It’s called, being a human. You can still enjoy building businesses, adding value and giving to others. These things can all interact with each other. We do do things that don’t necessarily involve a sexual component, but a sexual component …

I played college football and we didn’t even start out 5x5. In a lot of beginner programs you will initially start out 3x5 (granted this was 9 years ago). As you noted, a base level of coordination needs to be developed, along with core strength, muscle flexibility and endurance before someone goes with 5x5 with intense weight. I’ve seen a lot of people get injured just going straight in and their technique is often insufficient with that level of stress. I agree that 5x5 is a bit intermediate.

From my experience, HIT related workouts and intense cardio BEFORE you start lifting actually help you out. I started working on speed, agility and endurance before even touching a weight, along with flexibility. When I did start lifting, I went in with no weight so that I could work on technique. After a couple of years I was squatting around 550, and that was mainly from working on the fundamentals and building core strength. A lot of guys just go straight into lifting without working on overa…

Their are literally top conservatives globally who openly worship satan. So, I don’t view them as utilizing religious dogma. They’re simply politicians, who are mostly corrupt, regardless of which isle they pretend to stand on. The OP is literally highlighting that they won’t really stand up for boys/men either. It’s because there is little difference between a conservative and a Democrat when you are talking about corrupt politicians, and they all want to see happen what the OP is talking about…

I’m black and just approach women. I do not care about race. I’ve been with women of all races. I’ve met red pill dudes from all races. As long as you have basic social intelligence, you can interact with women of all races and build brotherhoods with dudes of all races. Focusing purely on race has no upside. Game and being the dude you should be works on ANY MINORITY RACE.

Therapy does not fix your thinking. Therapy gives you the tools to fix TO FIX YOUR THINKING YOURSELF. You can use those insights to understand the world, gender, yourself and educate yourself. That's when you will find strength. Therapy isn't a quick solution to these problems, but it is a good FIRST step. There are no shortcuts.

One of the things that goes into the algorithm that Google uses is if the site is a www.[nameofsite].com. If you have multiple dots within the name (for example trp.red instead of www.trp.com) that is going to lower the standing in the algorithm. I’ve noticed that after several years of SEO and creating sites early on that had multiple dots. You wouldn’t want a site to be (www.amazon.shophere.com). You’d want it to simply be (www.amazon.com), if you want the site to return as a more relevant res…

She doesn’t think she’s going to be a plate. If that’s the case, tell her now and if she happens to come travel to fuck you fine. If not, fine. Plate theory is all about not needing to go vastly out of your way to get pussy and to have abundance if you have your life and important shit in order. Plate theory is not about fucking ex’s, from unhealthy relationships that one or more parties may or may not be over. That can only end badly. Guys with high SMV and options don’t need to chase pussy. They put themselves in situations to get pussy, but don’t chase it. Guys with low SMV tend to chase pussy out of desperation. Women pick up on that shit, and those guy gets less pussy. The key is to have high SMV and more going for you than women. That’s when you get pussy (as you’ve now figured out).

If you believe the relationship is done, cut off contact with her. If she makes the trip, do not see her. Don’t do anything unless she’s about to harm herself physically. In that case, find medical help for her. She needs to begin acting like an adult. No time like the present. Some people may call that heartless, but really, that’s the best way to care for her while preserving your own growth and mental health. That relationship is done. You hit the nail on the head with point 5. More dudes need to realize that "hooking up" doesn't mean they don't have oneitis. Going out of their way to do that within an LTR after having a pseudo understanding of TRP confirms oneitis.

"Also consciously made out with another girl a couple months ago so I think oneitis is off the table." Making out with a random chick doesn’t mean oneitis is off the table. Oneitis is an unhealthy psychological fixation on one person within the context of romance. You can make out with someone else and still have oneitis. You are disgusted and ashamed because you realized that you had higher SMV than them after you nutted, and your mind became clear. They want you to dick them down because you have higher SMV. You shouldn't "act" that way because you will be exposed as a fake and it won't work. You actually have to feel that way, which you do when you perceive a woman as having lower SMV.

You’re spot on. Women want to reap the benefits of success. It just so happens that many times success means someone worked hard to achieve it. But women are just as attracted to the guy who didn’t work hard, but achieved some success. How a man achieves that success is nearly irrelevant. And as you said, that’s okay. There is a false narrative out there that hard work is what matters, but it’s not. Even amongst men, good honest work might mean a little bit more than it does to women, but we sti…

No. This is for a couple of reasons. Biologically it’d make almost no sense for a woman to realize she’s not in a mans “league”. Yes, in some situations that could end with some severe consequences, but rarely. Secondly, given the social realities of 2020, where calling a woman fat might constitute as a hate crime, these women have high egos. They genuinely have no clue. Ive seen this shit first hand, and I’m not even puzzled about it. The fattest 4, with a saggy body will be somewhat confused (…

I actually agree with this a lot. I think that it’s great to genuinely be interested in what someone else is talking about. I genuinely enjoy finding things out about other people that I didn’t know. A psychopath is particularly someone who doesn’t have a choice to be anything other than a psychopath until they have behavioral, neurological or hormonal therapy of some form. You literally just brought up a demographic of people who don’t have “choice” and simply act based on instinct, desire and predisposition. An asexual person is also acting on their lack of desire for sex. You can’t make them choose to want to have sex. They don’t want to. The woman who cheated in the OP’s message did not …

The woman could make a choice to become attracted to you again after you failed the shit test... The OP's point is that it's difficult for women to make that "choice" and they don't tend to date based on "choice". She could say, "oh, okay, that's fine that you failed and you're a pussy". But that won't happen. She's going to go on instinct. The choice has been made for her based on certain predetermined characteristics across the female population (largely biology). Even if she chose to date a g…

Yeah, but i'd highlight that in this unique case, TRP probably helped him in terms of at least understanding some basic social structures. You're correct, if he took the entire TRP to heart he would be taught to be a selfish prick, but I don't think that's what he's doing when you look at what he actually said. He picked one specific aspect that actually helped him succeed. Now, he can grow from there. Our goal should be to stop him from going down the rabbit hole of TRP from that point.

The reason why the women won't date you when you're not masking is because they have genuine issues with the vibe you're giving off when... you're not masking. You don't need to put on a "Red Pill Persona" to fix that. You can take positive elements from the Red Pill, the Yellow Pill or whatever works for you, and you can incorporate those elements into your personality. I like software engineering. Before giving you a detailed answer, the point of this sub is to actually ask questions related to TRP. Focus on that. This relates to the TRP insofar as if you're addicted to masturbating and don't want to be, don't do it. But you don't really need to ask us if you should stop. Stop if you want to stop. My conclusion actually highlights that the "benefits" from not masturbating may be more about people getting rid of addictive behaviors so that their brain can actually function normally. Answer…

Nah, it’s biological. Men are “things” oriented. Women are “people” oriented. That’s why men rule math while women rule Human Resources. Logic, sports that require spatial intelligence, and problem solving tend to be things that require personal development, and those are all things women are unlikely to enjoy on a biological level.

You may have not kept up with college football/strength and conditioning the past 40 years, but what I mentioned isn’t uncommon. I’m also faster than most people at that weight. Again, that wouldn’t have been the case in 1980, but strength and conditioning has taken off since then.

Great post. I agree 100%. It’s time for men to start making a choice, and they have to execute what they already know they want to do in real life. I experienced this a few years ago thanks to the Red Pill. I stopped talking about starting a company and I instead took what I knew was right, and I moved forward. This is a sobering reminder that women aren’t going to change, and men need to execute what they want out of life in a sane way.

When I say demand I mean it in the economic sense. Not in terms of what people desire. Desire != Demand. The Desire + Ability to pay = Demand. When you add insurance and governments you notice how the price suddenly shoots up dramatically, and doesn't actually reflect people's ability to pay? Many of these costs will be out of pocket. One country will have enough resources to support people based on economic demand, which will be efficient. Other countries will be flying blind based on what a fe…

What is a "basic precaution"? This is a novel virus. Yes, it's never good to "panic", but I don't view canceling some sporting events, keeping people with a novel virus isolated, or engaging in social distancing for a short time to be "radical precautions". You may recall the Spanish Flu of 1918. That time 50 million people died from a novel virus that we didn't know a ton about. Is that unlikely to be the case with COVID-19? Yes, it is unlikely. Is it worth taking some basic precautions to make…

I disagree. The companies that provide the tools for people to get tested are in the US and China. Many of these costs can be covered out of pocket due to lower demand (sense the Government isn't paying for it). This can indeed lead to more efficient delivery that is based on what patients actually need (compared to what we say in Italy, and even in China initially). The UK is notorious for mismanaging resources because there are zero supply and demand signals in their healthcare system. They ma…

This is true, but there is apparently something else about this virus that can potentially lead to permanent scarring. It's similar to SARS, and can cause permanent damage to the lungs in about 18% of cases. It's very different from Pneumonia in that regard. I had Pneumonia as a kid, severe Asthma, and still went on to run Track and play Football in college. BUT what this does to your lungs, only in the most severe cases, is very very different.

Engineering, particular computer science, is dominated by men. It requires things that a lot of women don't like, such as, patience, logical thinking, and dealing with not knowing the answer to complex things and needing to learn. Oh I certainly wouldn't short the stock. I just see this as a bubble similar to what we saw in 2000 and again in 2007. Companies like Tesla can obviously pop for a while. On a side note, I didn’t even know that the red pill was still on reddit due to the quarantine. Man, people are trying hard to destroy free flowing ideas. Had I not come across this post I wouldn’t have even known it was still up.

Women consistently bring up what they like in a guy and are attracted to, particularly when you’re a teenager. It can occur less as you get older, but you will still hear them bitch and moan about “why guys can’t be like X” from time to time, while they date guys who don’t have X traits and then don’t date the guys with X traits. I agree 100% that men engage in behaviors that won’t benefit you at time as well, and I’m all for not tolerating that either. In my response I actually mentioned that p…

Lol true. I started to come to these realizations circa 1995. Before the community existed. I have my son and friends telling me about the same shit me and my friends experienced 20-25 years ago.

When I interacted with them earlier on in life (and sense then but I am simply aware of their behavior), and then they proceeded to do the opposite of what they said they would do/got with the opposite dudes they said they were attracted to. People can usually catch on to these patterns at a relatively young age. For me it was around 16. Had it been one woman I would've called it a fluke. When it became a pattern that I (and many other dudes) experienced, it's no longer a fluke, but is general b…

“Fault” isn’t really the term I think is relevant here. It may simply generally annoy you that the people are being dishonest because their dishonesty negatively impacts you. Can’t it piss you off? Isn’t that a reasonable thing? That does not mean you don’t take responsibility for sorting things out. That doesn’t mean you don’t reflect on your behavior. But it’s okay to be pissed off that people (women in this case) weren’t forthcoming and were misleading to an extent. If the behavior didn’t pis…

I don’t see an issue with being anger or disgusted by some people for doing some things. If someone is disgusted by the behavior of women in 2020, it’d make more sense for them to be transparent about that and go on a deep journey. There are some aspects of female behavior, particularly now, that will always piss some people off. I think that the extent to which someone is pissed is the issue. The red pill can obviously be extreme. The anger may be too intense and irrational given the reality of…

You have to come to the reality that some people do “bad” things that go against your values and interests. That is okay. The issue with the red pill is that it obviously goes to extremes, stereotypes people and doesn’t totally reflect reality. Some other issues with it. But it’s common knowledge that some people do cheat, and it’s okay to recognize that reality and to be cautious of your partners doing it, and leaving anyone who goes against your self-interests. It is simple.

Someone with an unusual and irrational hatred of women. When they can't rationally explain to you why they feel the way they feel, and simply legitimately HATE women, they might be a misogynist. It goes well beyond just being a bad person, to damn near psychosis.

But isn’t that relatively irrelevant? Obviously if you’re in a situation with a random person as you mentioned, you’d figure out what they’re into. I specifically mentioned averages, and the vast majority of women I’ve engaged with/other I know have engaged with. Obviously if you go to a random BDSM party you’re not going to randomly assume anything (or in any situation). You’d use your background knowledge and hopefully have some form of social intelligence. I thought that went without saying w…

You will have to meditate and ask yourself why you would have those thoughts that lead to the dreams. subtitle things that you’re not even aware of consciously can lead to weird dreams. As others have mentioned, it’s probably not about your ex but your idea of the memories you created for yourself about your ex along with personal thoughts you may have. I haven’t had contact with my ex for the same period of time, but just had a dream about her mom. That was some personal shit based on how I fee…

All that we can go on is personal experience, but my experience (and that of many) is that women do like a guy on the aggressive side who takes the lead. Most women I know would consider the femdom thing to be weird. Some might engage in that, but wouldn’t mind being dominated themselves. In the end, you have to go out in the real world and find out for yourself. People vary in what they like, but generally I don’t know a lot of women who don’t like rough sex and for a guy to lean on the aggress…

Delete the one of you kissing the chick when she’s like ignoring you. And your caption is bad. I’d definitely have pics with girls, but with the body language being different. They should be on you, not you leaning in, and especially not you leaning in and pecking someone on the cheek who looks like she just wants to take another drag of her cigarette.

I agree with 99.9% of what you said, but there are legitimate benefits to exclusivity even today. The issue is that finding someone who is worth being exclusive with today is more rare than say, 60 years ago. But I don’t want to downplay that there are some actual benefits to getting married, having 3 kids, and building a home. The issue is more so are you going to find anyone in this society who is worth taking that risk with? Some people will. A whole lot of people will be getting divorce pape…

Ideally that’s not excluded to the red pill. Ideally a healthy adult would have more going for them, to the extent that a girl getting dicked down isn’t that big of a deal. We could use an extreme example. Do you think an NBA allstar who’s spinning plates and running side businesses cares if some plate is getting dicked down? Not that much. I’m not saying you need to be in the NBA, or wealthy, but ideally you’d have more important things going on in life. That’s really the art of not giving a fu…

You’ll find people online who don’t interact with people much in the real world, or have a few bad experiences and get scared. You’ll find people like that on virtually every forum you get on. Not every person, but a sizable chunk. That’s just the reality of Internet forums in the 21st century within the context of our digitalized society. So yes, a lot of these things you read will not really match real life experiences, or be useful in the real world. You will see people playing out fantasies …

In any relationship it's good to have your own life. So, her choosing her friend shouldn't be one of those things that bothers you because it happens. Have you ever wanted to do anything with JUST YOUR GUY FRIENDS? I go on trips with just my guy friends regularly, particularly if i'm in a relationship, and many times I don't want my girlfriend to go. It's on whoever i'm dating to trust me at that point. Well, your GF is in the same situation. She just wants to do something with her friends and f…

Download an app called “Scribd”. The pdf is on there (I’m pretty sure they have a web app too in case you don’t want to download the mobile app). If you search for the book in the app it’s there in pdf form. You don’t have to sign up for their paid account or anything. At least that was the case in 2015 when I read it.

Like with most things in life, people change as their circumstances change. There's no way to predict if someone will go back to the red pill, or any ideology, or drugs. The only thing that you can really do is judge someone on their current behavior and be actively engaged with them. If you're engaged, you'll see the changes happen, IF they ever do happen. The reason why this thread exists is because some guys USED to be red pill, so obviously things change. For you, it seems like simply having…

I appreciate your post. Well, the first part of relieving your anxiety is to figure out what it is you believe in. I mean from the jump you said you're in a LDR, yet you followed the red pill and have some of those views. So you're doing two conflicting things that contradict each other. The Red Pill wouldn't encourage a LDR... At all. If you did end up in a LDR it would encourage you to spin plates, and you wouldn't be posting on here. You're also posting on a Purple Pill sub, which differs fro…

Men look to spread their seed around to as many women as possible given their biology. E.g. they can't get pregnant, thus would prefer to have more offspring. Totally different situation for females. Now all of that in is basic Evo biology that can be overcome by social constructs. Men USED to seek relationships, either with multiple women, or in more modern times via marriage. Certain religions and social constructs made men seek relationships just as much as women. Fast forward to 2020 and tho…

I agree in certain cases. But you're underestimating the amount of MGTOW followers who have actually internalized, accepted and adapted to their viewpoints. Many of them are beyond the stage of simply having resentment, and unto the stage of internalized beliefs and doing their own thing. The reason why the first stage of a breakup is bashing is because the person is having a tough time accepting what just happened. The reasons for the breakup, and the breakup itself, conflict with the person's …

Even if this is true, it doesn't really change the fact that women want out of their gender roles when it is not convenient, and hold men to rigid standards. To an extent I agree with you, but two things can be true. What the OP mentioned can be true, while a man can also have an idea of the world that prevents him from doing what he actually wants to deep down.

Which statistics? I think that a study about women's views would be more useful in terms of this topic. An example question would be, "do you support parental leave?". Instead of overtly asking whether or not women want certain privileges, it would make sense to do so covertly. To me that'd be the only way to invalidate or validate the other posters point.

I agree. Those women don’t really give a shit about poor peasants from distant countries. Half of the reason why they give those men a pass is because those men have nothing to offer them. If one happens to get rich and move to America he will get screwed too. They’re looking for any reason to essentially make men weaker. “Oh those poor middle eastern men” isn’t out of concern for them... as you said, it’s a rallying cry to simply shame the western man. It would be comical if it weren’t dangerou…

I've read it and would recommend it to anyone. I don't take any book literally, or take it all as facts, but it was an eye-opening book. The fact that people may not agree with it is WHY they should read it. I enjoy reading things I don't personally agree with, but at some point there is at least one insightful view that I will gain from it, and I will have a better understanding of WHY I might disagree. For example, he mentions that you should basically have more going on for yourself than just…

This is spot on. I was about to mention that I would hope any man has something going for himself other than women or his girlfriend if he's in a relationship. That's what I meant by the PUA stuff just being a template. At some point a guy REALLY needs to have other stuff going for himself. That's just being a healthy adult.

I appreciate your post and your experience. I'll tell you what you already know... It sounds like you already have experience and the answers, you just need the discipline to stick to what you know is best for you, and you need to actually accept that women are different in certain regards and have different needs in certain areas (which you mention coaching has awakened you to). Sounds like you get caught in the emotions and don't think as rationally as you otherwise would, even when you know w…

This is spot on. Counseling and real self-education are good tools. It got to the point where I could predict how my family would respond in my own personal life to things thrown my way just because I was educated. Sounds like the OP has a lot of thoughts racing, and has to slow down to sort them out.

I don't think that most women just change though. From my experience their behavior might change, but they're capable of that behavior from the beginning. I don't even think it's a trick or "luring" a guy in most of the time. Yes, that happens, but most of the time they behave according to their circumstances. In this case the woman could genuinely be this attracted to him for now. If he gets depressed though? She gone. If he stays unemployed too long or doesn't have the finances as her life con…
