I'm sceptical about the existence of ADHD. Drugging millions of children with amphetamines to treat a yet to be proven disorder cannot be justified without an objective falsifiable test to confirm it's presence, or lack of. None currently exists which the American Medical Association admitted up until a few decades ago. Now it's big business.

Supposedly 15% of men have a minor & completely safe testicular condition called "Hot balls". Makes it practically impossible to impregnate a female because the sperm is dead before it even leaves your body. Solved easily by snipping an out of place vein. Like a reverse vasectomy. Luckily the conversion stats are really no big deal. Oh you one of these folks who believe humans are identical apart from skin colour. I'm sorry, but groups of humans evolved separately in different environments for 80,000 years. This is how racial differences occurred over time. If race is a social construct with no basis in scientific reality then it would be impossible to DNA test bodies tens of thousands of years old & be able to determine the race of the deceased. Yet, this is possible.
