2	Internet, social networks, smartphones are A TICKING BOMB and largely created the 'disposable male' Social networks are both providing constant attention, but for every women - so the competition, jealousy etc. increases. This also increases the hypergamy in women as they become even less patient and much more shortsighted, they also learn they can justify almost all bullshit via their attention boxes. 1	PhD's effect on SMV? That is a very telling but also extreme example. In op's case it is probably not such an extreme immediate $$ difference between the options he has with his poli sci degree, but rather about the long term differences.
